Peach or Nectarine – Best buddies with cheeses like halloumi, mozzarella and brie. Grill them or do a caprese maybe!!

Pomegranate  – Sprinkle over basically everything that need a bit of freshness, salads, indian stews or cakes

Persimon – Soo god in the cheese platter, really love it with blue cheese and roasted nuts all drizzled with honey

Orange or grape – Citrus notes adds to basically all white meat lika seafood and chicken

Apricot, dates or raisins – So good in spicy dishes heavy on the species add such a nice tangy sweetness

Banana – Our love on all snack attacks to top a honey peanut butter sandwich or caramelize in butter with vanilla ice cream on our traditional Sunday pancakes
